FAQs
Is the stage covered?
The stage is mostly covered, enought that in the event of any inclement weather that your equipment will be protected.
What happens in the case of inclement weather?
Mother Nature is a fickle creature. If the conditions seem obvious in the week before, both parties agree cancelling is best, then we will cancel to give the band in time to find another indoor booking and there will be no pay. If we are forced to cancel day of, we will still pay have of the agreed upon amount. If it is touch and go, so long as the band has set up and stays the duration of the set, making every attempt to play if the weather clears, full payment will be delivered.
Do you provide sound?
This year (2025) we officially will have sound provided professionally by Kenny George of the Kenny George Band. Leave the PA at home and save time loading in and out.
